McPack Converter requires NO special permissions. The app uses Android's secure Storage Access Framework which:

• Lets you pick files through the system dialog
• Grants temporary access only to files you select
• Does not require storage permissions
• Complies with Google Play's data safety requirements

4. Data Storage

The app stores minimal data locally on your device:

• Preferences: App settings (like onboarding completion status) stored in local DataStore
• Temporary Files: Conversion cache stored in app's private directory, automatically cleaned

This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

McPack Converter does NOT integrate any third-party services such as:

• Analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Crash reporting tools
• Social media SDKs

McPack Converter is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age, as we do not collect information from any users.
